22-Year-Old Cuts Off Her Own Hand For Insurance Money, But Gets Caught

Her boyfriend Abramov made life and accident insurance policies for Adlesic with five insurance companies at the end of 2018. In January 2019, when the insurance was valid and the first instalments paid, Adlesic cut off her left hand just above the wrist with a circular saw at Colaric’s home.

Virtual Macy’s Parade

Thanksgiving – The 94th annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade will be held virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic. New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio announced the news yesterday. “It will be a different kind of event. They’re reinventing the event for this moment in history, and you’ll be able to feel the spirit and the joy of that day on television, online,” he said. “Not a live parade but something that will really give us that warmth and that great feeling we have on Thanksgiving Day.” Macy’s cited its “successful, safe and innovative production of Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks” as evidence that it knows how to maintain tradition with new safety protocols.
