Ghislaine Maxwell Unlikely To Spill Epstein’s Secrets
A former federal prosecutor has said that Ghislaine Maxwell is unlikely to ever divulge what she knows about Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking scheme, after she was sentenced to 20 years in prison for helping the late financier abuse underage girls. Maxwell told the court at the sentencing that she empathized with the victims in the case, but refused to admit her guilt and laid blame for the abuse on Epstein, saying meeting him was the ‘greatest regret of my life.’
‘Her non-apology apology today leads me to believe she is not going to cooperate,’ Rahmani said. ‘Those aren’t statements from someone who is accepting responsibility, who is remorseful, and is going to help the government bring other people to justice.’
‘Anything is possible, but Maxwell seems like a total narcissist,’ he added. ‘She really does believe she’s a victim, and she’s suffered this grave injustice.’

63-Yr-Old Coach Suspended For ‘Excessive Cuddling’ During Angels-Mariners Fight
Dom Chiti was suspended for five games for his actions in the fight. He wasn’t seen throwing any right hooks or shoving opposing players out of the way.
The 63-year-old was found on the outskirts of the brawl holding on to a Mariner player. It was almost like a comical wrestling match where Chiti just went limp to keep his opposition from standing up off the ground. It was just dead weight hanging on for dear life.
This hilarious breakdown shows Chiti’s role in the melee.
When the suspensions were handed down, fans couldn’t help but laugh.
Airbnb officially Bans Parties
Short-term rental agency Airbnb is permanently banning parties at properties listed on its site, the company announced Tuesday.
“We know that the overwhelming majority of our Hosts share their homes responsibly, just as the overwhelming majority of guests are responsible and treat their listings and neighborhoods as if they were their own,” Airbnb said in a statement.
“In turn, we focus on trying to deter the very rare cases of Hosts who do not operate responsibly, or guests who try to throw unauthorized parties.”
Those who violate the policy will be suspended or removed from the platform and police informed.
Airbnb used to leave the decision to throw parties to hosts. Then, in 2019, it banned “open-invite” parties and “chronic party houses.” In 2021, about 6,600 people were suspended from Airbnb for violating the temporary ban. At the time, there was a 16-person limit on gatherings, which has since been lifted. But No Partying!
Strangers Raise Over $230,000 for guy who got lame Anniversary gifts
Kevin Ford has worked as a cook and cashier at a Burger King in the Las Vegas airport for 27 years. He recently went viral after posting a video on Twitter of a goodie bag he received on his 27th work anniversary. He was given a Starbucks cup, some candy, and a single movie ticket in a clear plastic backpack from the burger chain’s parent company HMS Host, to show appreciation for his years of service. While he was appreciative of the gifts, viewers thought they were insulting.
Now a GoFundMe page has been set up in Ford’s name has raised nearly a quarter-million dollars. Ford, who has never even taken a sick day, is overwhelmed by the generosity of the public.
Ford says his video was not intended to appear ungrateful for the gifts from his employer. ‘Joe Dirt’ star David Spade contributed $5,000. Ford said he wants to put some of the money up for his grandchildren’s college fund and to take a vacation now that he has a little nest egg. |
