JOB SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the Assembly Supervisor, assembles products per instructions on assembly line, following safety, dress code and cleanliness rules.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assembly Lines
• Work assembly line assignments as needed.
• Receive objects on conveyer belt, assemble your portion of the job, and then pass materials down conveyer belt to next line worker.
• Assemble components per instructions, performing combinations of activities such as sorting, filling, placing, packing, aligning, positioning, labeling, fastening.
• Report any product problems or equipment malfunctions immediately to lead or supervisor.
• Follow all dress code, cleanliness and safety requirements as appropriate for the line.
• Record timecard data per instructions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Experience
• Knowledge and skills at a level normally acquired through the completion of a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Production line experience preferred but not required.

None required.
Skills/Specialized Knowledge/Abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors
• Basic attention to detail and accuracy in all work
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time during the workday
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Working Hours/Environment
• Work hours are 40 per week –work days are generally Mon through Fri 8 hours per day; may require additional hours periodically, including evening and weekends depending on business needs.
• Work typically performed in a warehouse setting

Job Title: Shipping Clerk
Department: Operations – Shipping
Location: Milford, OH FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

JOB SUMMARY
Under the supervision of Shipping Supervisor, is responsible for Pulling, Packing, and QA checking LTL and special retail shipments.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Physical
• Loading shipments for various customers and assisting the Shipping Supervisor with the day to day project with special requirements.
• Conduct QA checks on all shipments. Notify the Shipping Supervisor as well as the CSR of any issues.
• Pulling shipping orders with High importance. Insuring all special shipments are met before shipping.
• Put away finished goods using appropriate equipment (i.e., pallet jack, stock picker, reach truck, or gas powered forklift.)
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness in the Shipping department.
2. Administrative
• At times, maintain and communicate through email in the absence of the Shipping Supervisor.
• Filling out detailed weight and dim sheets for quotes for customers and giving them to CSR’s.
• Ensures all finished goods from assembly are received into inventory at the end of each month.
• Doing random cycle counting and working with the DC Manager and CSR’s to ensure inventory stays accurate.

Education/Experience
• Knowledge and skills at a level normally acquired through the completion of a High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years fork lift experience required.
• Previous warehouse and/or quality inspection experience.
• Experience using computer/scanner/printers.
• General email and phone skills.
Licenses/Credentials/Certifications
• Forklift certified
Skills/Specialized Knowledge/Abilities
• Ability to operate a gas-powered forklift, stock picker, and reach truck preferred.
• Basic ability to use scanner and computer.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Experience operating a hand jack.
• Basic skills with Microsoft applications: Word Excel, Outlook.
• Basic math skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS:

Job Title: Inventory Clerk

Location: Cincinnati, OH FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Supervisor: Shipping Manager
JOB SUMMARY
Under the supervision of Shipping Manager, pulls inventory for work orders, and processes inventory shortages, overages, putaways,
and trashings. Provides forklift training to staff.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Inventory
• Pulls work orders for Assembly using stock picker, reach truck and/or forklift.
• Receives labels for work orders.
• Pulls shortages and puts back overages to locations in the warehouses.
• Performs dock putaway for components. Records documented lot numbers for food related items.
• Handles inventory trashings (disposal of product), both systematically and physically, and coordinates with CSRs.
• Updates the food putaway sheets with the work orders that are pulled to Assembly.
2. Training
• Conducts forklift training and maintains Train the Trainer forklift certifications.
3. Administrative
• Performs monthly inventory for supplies that are purchased by the company.
• Performs battery maintenance on the forklifts.
