Full Time:

Join the team that has been the leading provider of parts and accessories for all types of automobiles in North America since 1906. As the Assembler, you will set up and operate assigned machinery. To achieve customer requirements and to ensure quality of workmanship of products is produced within the department.
What We Offer:
Starting pay of $17 per hour
Plus a $0.51 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts
Scheduled pay increase after 90 days to $17.51 -18.03 per hour
Additional $1 per hour perfect attendance bonus

What We Are Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED
1-year of stable work history
No prior manufacturing experience required
Basic math skills
Strong communication skills, oral and written
Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs.
Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift
What You’ll Do As Assembler:
Follow work instructions for proper assembly of component parts
Maintain proper productivity pace and targets
Perform and document all required control plan and quality checks
Follow all procedures for material identification, trace-ability and handling of non-conforming product
Elevate safety, quality and productivity problems or issues to appropriate personnel
