WCPO Chief Meteorologist Steve Raleigh and his wife Julie lost their daughter Madison to mental health and substance abuse in January of 2019. Hear Steve and Julie tell us what’s going on with Madi’s House Telethon and how they turned something so negative into a really big positive that will help other people and families struggling with the same problems.
