Weight A Minute: Tuesday Meals

Date: 4/25/17

Weight: Down 112 pounds

Here’s a walk through everything I’m eating today. Right now I’m hovering around 1,800 calories a day and I’m doing some carb cycling. Basically, trying to figure out how my body is reacting to carbs…and finding the right combination for success. I was plateaued for week, then went carb free the past 4 days and lost 3 pounds. So now I’ll sporadically add in different carbs at different times of day and see how my body reacts.

Today:

 

Breakfast:

2 scoops protein powder with water, 1 cup spinach, 2 tablespoons of powdered peanut butter

After gym snack:

3 egg white, 1 whole egg

Small avocado

 

Lunch:

7 oz grilled chicken

1 cup steamed broccoli

1 Honeycrisp apple

 

Afternoon snack:

1 cupĀ 2% Fage plain greek yogurt

1 cup blackberries

1 peel-on cucumber

 

Dinner:

7oz baked salmon

1 cup asparagus

2 Orange

 

Night snack:

Two tablespoon of homemade raw almond butter
