Justin Timberlake is giving fans a free listen of The 20/20 Experience a week before its release.
The first half of the 32-year-old singer’s two-part album climbed to the top of the charts after it hit shelves in March.
With part two of two dropping in just days, Justin has announced on Twitter his fans can get an exclusive sneak peek of what’s next.
“Since #The2020Experience #2of2 is out next Monday, it’s streaming for FREE all week on @iTunesMusic! http://smarturl.it/2of2stream,” the star tweeted before responding to an excited fan, “You’re good… It’s ALL just The 20/20 Experience to me, brother!! #Complete”.
Justin was scheduled to perform one of his new tracks on late-night talk program The Tonight Show on Monday, but according to Deadline the show has been canceled.
The outlet claims he will still appear for a sit-down interview on the show, but he’s feeling too “under the weather” to sing.
Another source reports that Justin’s upcoming Jimmy Fallon performance was “scrubbed” for marketing purposes.
Apparently executives behind the scenes want to “ensure maximum impact” for a free show on Tuesday that Justin is putting on in Hollywood for ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live.
The pop star is expected to sing tracks from his new album during the highly anticipated performance. Producers are reportedly hoping the concert will secure more viewers for the program while simultaneously boosting sales for Justin’s new album.
The 20/20 Experience 2 of 2 is officially scheduled for release on September 30.
