Kim Kardashian reflects on past Thanksgivings, taking time to remember her late father.
Kim lost her dad Robert to cancer in 2003, but still likes to reminisce about special times they shared together.
She earlier posted a family photo of Robert and his children on a skiing holiday on her celebuzz website, with a message expressing what she’s thankful for.
“Thanksgiving was the holiday that I always spent with my dad skiing every year in Vail, Colorado since I was 2 years old to 22. This time of year always brings back such amazing memories. I am thankful I had them. I am so thankful for my family being close and always so supportive,” she wrote.
Family has always been important to the Kardashians and this year Kim’s grew even larger with the arrival of her and fiancé Kanye West’s first child, baby daughter North.
The 33-year-old TV star will reportedly tie the knot with Kanye next year, and is rumored to have asked her stepfather Bruce Jenner to give her away.
Despite splitting with Kim’s mother Kris in October, Bruce remains close to his step children and was invited to the Kardashian’s Thanksgiving dinner, reports TMZ.
“I am extra thankful this year for my baby girl and am so happy I get to spend this Thanksgiving as a family with my daughter and fiance. I wish you all a good healthy happy thanksgiving from our family to yours….. (sic)” Kim continued.
“Dont eat too much ” was how she signed off her heartfelt message.
