Charlie Sheen is mocking his ex-wife’s lawyers for threatening to put him in jail.
The actor, who shares four-year-old twin boys with Brooke Mueller, lashed out on Friday, calling his ex an “awful parent”.
According to TMZ, Brooke’s lawyers plan to ask a judge to sanction the actor for violating a gag order in their custody case. But Charlie has vowed to continue speaking his mind.
“If this is what they want, bring it ’cause I’ll burn the house down,” he warned. “If I actually go to jail for talking, I’ll do interviews in jail,” he added.
The actor could have potentially damaged his case with the follow-up interview. He concluded his thoughts by insulting the judge on the case.
“The only person more idiotic than Brooke in this case is the judge. The Dishonorable Judge Douchebag,” Charlie ranted.
“He [the judge] wants to put me in jail for trying to save my boys? Go for it, fatty. I’ll eat his lunch from jail. One meal he could afford to miss.
“Sanctions Flanctions,” he added. “Clearly they’ve forgotten not to poke this bear.”
Brooke is in the process of trying to regain custody of the former couple’s boys Bob and Max in the wake of a highly publicized battle with drug addiction.
The children were taken from her and placed in the care of Charlie’s ex-wife Denise Richards earlier this year after she was put under an involuntary psychiatric hold following an overdose. She then went to rehab and has now been released.
Charlie earlier vented his anger at the judge’s decision to grant Brooke her first overnight visit with the boys since her treatment in rehab concluded.
The actor told the website he will have security guards placed outside Brooke’s home who will break in if they believe there is a problem.
The 48-year-old star also claims he has been in touch with the Los Angeles County of Department of Children and Family Services but says action has not been taken.
