Kelly Rowland is reportedly selling her Miami home.
The former Destiny’s Child singer, who is reportedly engaged to her manager/boyfriend Tim Witherspoon, has listed her beachfront residence for almost $3 million, according to Celebuzz.
The outlet reports Kelly would make more than $1 million in profit from the sale.
The 32-year-old star apparently bought her three-bedroom, four-bathroom home in one of Miami’s most luxurious high-rise buildings in 2006 for $1.89 million.
She put it on the market in 2009 but pulled the listing a few months later.
Celebuzz claims the home is a sprawling 4,000-square-feet, and boasts an ocean view, fully renovated bathrooms, marble floors and a walk-in shower in the master suite, as well as an exercise room.
The claim appears to support rumors Kelly is getting ready to settle down.
Speculation about the engagement began last week after Kelly was seen with a diamond ring on her wedding finger in a pal’s Instagram video.
“She has been showing [the ring] off to friends and family and is very happy,” a source told Us Weekly magazine on Monday. “But she wants to keep it between them to enjoy and celebrate for a bit longer.”
This would be Kelly’s first marriage. She was previously engaged to American football player Roy Williams but the former couple split two months before their 2005 wedding.
Kelly has yet to comment on the reports.
