Pitt’s $12k Valentine’s gift

Brad Pitt supposedly spent $12,000 on Valentine’s gifts for his three daughters.

The Moneyball actor and partner Angelina Jolie have six children together, including three girls—Zahara, nine, Shiloh, seven, and Vivienne, five.

And to celebrate the most romantic day of the year, the thoughtful father bought the girls more than just your average heart-shaped box of chocolates.

“Brad requested three Neil Lane diamond heart necklaces, totaling $12,000, for his daughters for Valentine’s Day,” an insider exclusively told Life & Style magazine.

It’s no surprise the 50-year-old splurged on his girls, as he has spoken many times on how much he loves his children.

In 2011 he spoke in particular about Zahara, who was adopted from Ethiopia by the couple in 2006 when she was only six-months-old.

“I can’t place the importance of one child over that of any other. I have seen children suffer far beyond what we experience in America – like our oldest daughter,” he told Parade magazine at the time.

“I know she would not be alive [if she had not been adopted]. I know what care was available to her and it was nil. I cannot imagine life without her.”

As well as the three girls, Brad and Angelina have three boys, Maddox, 12, Pax, 10 and Vivienne’s twin brother, Knox, five.

Dealing with six children all at the same time can be hard work, but Brad has regularly admitted he wouldn’t have it any other way.

“There’s constant chatter in our house, whether it’s giggling or screaming or crying or banging,” he told Esquire magazine in 2013. “I love it. I love it. I love it. I hate it when they’re gone.”
