Brooke Mueller has reportedly been denied an emergency restraining order against Charlie Sheen.
The former spouses are currently in the midst of a bitter custody battle over their four-year-old twins Bob and Max.
Last week 48-year-old Charlie went on a Twitter tirade in which he referred to Brooke as an “evil and pathetic über loser wh*re”.
And according to TMZ she filed an emergency petition in court soon after the tweet attack, alleging he was “threatening her life”.
But the website now reports that her request was denied by a family court judge overseeing the matter.
Apparently the magistrate was not moved by the petition submitted by Brooke, in which she supposedly claims he verbally threatened her life.
“There will be a reckoning. There will be a whirlwind. That they will all reap while desperate begging for my forgiveness. You’ve all been warned,” court documents obtained by TMZ cited Charlie as saying.
“I will exercise every resource at my disposal. I will, I will, I will, I will empty my entire war chest and if I can’t get it done, I know a guy who can.”
The Anger Management star also lashed out at the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services during his Twitter rant last week.
He stated that the case was being handled like “an abhorrent d**k dance that has NOTHING to do protecting any child”.
Charlie has supposedly upset social workers tremendously and it is now rumoured family services officials are attempting to limit his visitation rights.
His and Brooke’s twins are currently residing with his other ex-wife Denise Richards.
According to Radar Online Denise was stripped of her right to serve as a “court-approved monitor” during Charlie’s visits with his boys.
