Mueller alleges child abuse

Brooke Mueller has accused Denise Richards of child abuse, according to new reports.

The 36-year-old socialite found herself in rehab for the 21st time in May.

And while she was being treated Denise cared for Brooke’s twin boys with Charlie Sheen, four-year-olds Bob and Max.

A law enforcement source tells TMZ police arrived at Denise’s home on Tuesday night saying “they were there to question her about a child abuse claim lodged by Brooke”.

Apparently Denise, 42, is accused of harming both the twins and her own children up until Bob and Max were placed in the custody of Brooke’s brother two weeks ago.

According to the website, Denise didn’t allow the officers in her home for questioning because her two daughters with Charlie, Sam, nine, and Lola, eight, were inside the residence at the time.

The 42-year-old Twisted actress then purportedly told police outside her front door that Brooke’s allegations were “ridiculous” and “vindictive”.

The socialite’s assertions are being made at a suspicious time, as her boys were removed very recently and Brooke hasn’t had any contact with Denise’s daughters in this timeframe.

Radar Online reports Denise is furious about the situation and is considering taking legal action against Brooke.

“[Denise] is considering her options, including Brooke filing a false police report and/or civil action against her,” a source told the outlet.

“There is NO evidence that Denise has ever physically or emotionally abused ANY of her children.”

The Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services is reportedly investigating the abuse claims and this involves interviewing each child thoroughly.

Should Brooke have lied about this, she faces harsh legal ramifications that may include jail time.

Denise wrote a private letter to children’s services authorities that went public earlier this month. In the note she told authorities she could no longer care for Charlie and Brooke’s sons Bob and Max due to their increasing violence.
