Mila Kunis reportedly thinks Demi Moore attending her baby’s blessing is a “step too far”.
The 30-year-old actress and her fiancé Ashton Kutcher are currently expecting their first child together, and often put on adorable displays of affection while out in public.
Despite the divorce, Ashton is on good terms with former spouse Demi and he is thought to have become close to her daughters Rumer, Tallulah and Scout – who she has with former spouse Bruce Willis – during the marriage. However, Mila is reportedly against the Ghost star becoming involved with hers and Ashton’s future child.
“Mila has told Ashton she doesn’t want Demi to be a part of their baby’s life and was furious when he invited her to the baby’s blessing, which has been arranged for a few weeks after the birth. It makes her feel uncomfortable to have her fiancé’s ex-wife involved in any way,” a source told British magazine Closer. “She knows they’re back on speaking terms and doesn’t mind that, but letting her meet the baby would be a step too far for Mila.”
Demi and Ashton split amid rumors he had been unfaithful to her, and the 51-year-old actress spent time in rehab for “stress and exhaustion” following the end of their nuptials. The 36-year-old hunk is now said to be trying to put things back on track between them for the sake of their families.
“After everything Demi went through following their split, Ashton has strived hard to make peace and stay on good terms,” the insider added. “He’s still close to her daughters and doesn’t want any tension in his life.”
