Lohan ‘watched own films in rehab’

Lindsay Lohan apparently watched her own movies in rehab.

The 27-year-old actress left the Cliffside Malibu clinic at the end of July following a court-ordered 90-day treatment program.

Recently it emerged the troubled star developed an addiction to online shopping while at the facility, but RadarOnline claims she also had other ways to keep herself entertained.

“There was more than once when Lindsay would rent or buy a movie on iTunes that she’d starred in,” a fellow patient told the website.

“She basically forced me to watch that c**ppy movie I Know Who Killed Me with her, the one where she plays a stripper.”

Lindsay rose to fame in her teens with movies such as The Parent Trap, Freaky Friday and Mean Girls.

The star has been involved in several controversial incidents since then, including substance abuse, reckless driving and lying to police investigating her June 2012 car crash in Santa Monica, California.

“She’s such a narcissist and attention seeker that she didn’t think it was weird at all to watch her own movies,” the insider continued.

“Everyone else thought it was really embarrassing of her to do that! But whatever. It was like she was trying to relive a time when she was actually a working actress.”

While Lindsay has been having a tough time, she is doing her best to continue working.

As well as starring in racy movie The Canyons alongside James Deen, she has scored a cameo on US TV show Eastbound & Down.

Before her rehab stint, Lindsay was often criticized for being difficult on set.

However, she apparently amazed the Eastbound & Down cast and crew with her professional demeanor – even scoring a standing ovation at the end, according to TMZ.

The website reports Lindsay was “showing up on time and memorizing her lines backwards and forwards – she was actually funny too.”
