Elizabeth Hurley and Shane Warne could face problems over their £6 million property.
The actress and her sports star fiancé own a 13-bedroom mansion in Herefordshire, England, which they paid for in cash.
Elizabeth and Shane’s relationship is currently going through some problems, with reports suggesting they have broken up.
If the rumors of the couple’s split prove to be true, sources close to the pair have said neither will be willing to give up the house.
“They both love the property so neither would want to relinquish it,” a source told British newspaper The Mirror.
The property, Donnington Hall at Ledbury, is under both of their names and the Land Registry deeds show it was paid for in cash.
The Grade II listed Georgian mansion is sprawled across 187 areas of land, of which 46 acres are parkland and landscaped gardens.
The love-nest also boasts five bathrooms, stables, tennis courts and a private lake.
Although no split has been officially confirmed, the pair took to Twitter yesterday to send out mixed messages about the state of their relationship.
Former cricketer Shane vehemently denied the couple had given up on their three-year relationship.
“Some of the reports re EH & me r absolute rubbish. Yes we’re sorting through some (private) issues. But we’re not throwing the towel in yet (sic),” he tweeted to his 1.3million followers.
Elizabeth seemed a bit more downhearted over the matter as she said sorry to her fans.
“Apologies to loyal followers for Twitter silence on recent events. Too raw & personal to share right now (sic),” she posted.
The couple got engaged in 2011, with Shane presenting Elizabeth with a huge sapphire ring.
Elizabeth has recently been spotted out in public minus her ring.
