Let Ingrid Anderson’s Daughter Keep her Service Horse at her Home

Horse

This little girl has a disability and it has been recommended by Children’s Hospital Medical Center that this child have a service miniature horse to help her. This horse is no bigger than a large dog and has been helping her walk around her back yard and it even able to help her up if she falls. The City of Blue Ash is claiming that this service horse is considered livestock and has to be removed from the city, because livestock is not allowed according to city laws. This little girls condition has deteriorated since they made her remove her service horse, Ellie. I am petitioning that the City of Blue Ash let this little girl keep her service horse at her home. No one should be denied the ability to keep their service animal at their house, especially when the service animal was recommended from a medical professional.
