Lena Dunham needs reminding to wear underwear on set.
The creator and star of hit show Girls is often liberal when it comes to her undergarments and regularly appears on the programme with no bra on.
But her work colleagues take the time to remind her that wearing sturdy underwear is of the utmost importance.
“See you in the morning. Please remember to wear/bring undies and a bra- both are important.” –a text I just got from someone I work with (sic),” Lena tweeted to her 1.3million followers.
Lena is an avid tweeter and often updates fans with her day-to-day antics and general musings.
However, over the weekend she used the social networking site to spark a debate about Shia LaBeouf’s recent skywriting antics, where the actor penned an apology for plagiarizing writer Daniel Clowes’ work in the sky.
“I’ve always felt, utterly and unchangeably, that only sociopaths hire skywriters,” Lena posted.
Shia, 27, responded by copying and pasting an old apology Lena had tweeted herself in 2012.
“I don’t mind creating debate with thoroughly considered artistic expressions but I don’t want to offend with a tweet. Sorry world,” Shia wrote.
“I’m addicted to lean & that sh*t ain’t no joke. I can barely remember all the things I’ve done & said. However there’s no excuse 4 skywriting,” he continued.
Famous for her quick wit, Lena quickly replied by referring to Shia as the character he played in kid’s TV show Even Stevens more than a decade ago.
“Vaguely recognized Shia LaBeouf’s latest twitter apology and realized it was MINE! Touché, Louis Stevens.
“Projecting a lot of rage against my 7th grade boyfriend on LaBeouf. Think this is the start of something really productive #2014,” summed up the 27-year-old actress.
