Ashton Kutcher will reportedly propose to Mila Kunis within weeks.
The 35-year-old Jobs actor and his soon-to-be ex-wife Demi Moore are said to have recently signed off on their divorce.
Ashton and his longtime friend Mila, 30, have been dating during much of the two-year divorce process and they want to start a new family immediately.
“They’re all happy and the papers are signed and with the lawyers now, so Ashton’s free to officially propose to Mila,” a source told British newspaper The Sun.
“Both of them want to marry and have children.”
The publication reports Ashton wants to announce his and Mila’s engagement right after his divorce from Demi is final, which could be as soon as next week.
Apparently everyone including Demi is very relieved the conflict is now over.
“Demi and Ashton’s divorce has cast a cloud over his and Mila’s relationship because it’s dragged on for so long,” the insider revealed.
“Thankfully Demi’s turned a corner. She’s no longer bitter and she wants the divorce over and done with as soon as possible so she can get on with her life too.
“She’s agreed to a settlement of several million and some shares in Ashton’s various technology start-ups after he persuaded her to attend a tech conference with him to see for herself how much they’ll eventually be worth.”
It has been reported that money issues were slowing down divorce proceedings from the outset.
Demi, who is apparently worth $150 million, was thought to be demanding spousal support from her younger ex-boyfriend, who became TV’s highest-paid actor thanks to his role in Two and a Half Men.
