Jessica Alba: I’m so saucy

Jessica Alba feels more “saucy” now she’s an adult.

The 33-year-old beauty is currently gracing the cover of British GQ, showing off her enviable figure in a blue swim suit.

She’s also gearing up for the second installment of Sin City, nine years after the release of the original comic-book based film.

“I feel much more grounded, much more comfortable, much more saucy,” she told the publication of the upcoming movie. “Then, I was a girl; I was timid, I was afraid, I was so insecure and now I’m a woman and it’s different… I’m more uninhibited.”

Jessica plays Nancy Callahan in Sin City: A Dame to Kill For, opposite an A-list cast the boasts the likes of Bruce Willis, Mickey Rourke and Rosario Dawson.

“There’s more of me and I do more than I did in the first one. I have a bit more of a character arc in this one. There’s more dancing, but the dancing’s really connected to the story. Nancy’s a bit of an alcoholic and a bit of a mess and she’s depressed and angry. The dances in the movie reflect where she’s at,” she revealed.

With more than 30 film credits to her name, Jessica has been lucky enough to work with some of Hollywood’s hottest stars.

In 2005 she teamed up with the late actor Paul Walker in Into the Blue, a time she has now come to cherish.

“He had a real childlike innocence and he was game to try anything or do anything. He treated everyone with respect and love. He was never treating anybody differently because of who they were,” she smiled.

“He was really a guy’s guy. And loved his daughter so much and talked about her all the time. He never cared about Hollywood. He never cared about the hype.”
