Jane Lynch doesn’t want to date.
The Glee star was married to clinical psychologist Lara Embry, but the pair announced their divorce in June.
While the pair deal with their break-up, the actress doesn’t feel ready to meet anyone new.
“I should be dating,” she sighed to Access Hollywood.
“I should… and I don’t want to do any of those things, so…”
The 53-year-old concluded she’s currently single and that being alone is treating her “fine”.
Jane also opened up about the division of her and Lara’s assets.
“[California] is a half and half state, as well as it should be, so that’s fine,” she explained.
“Absolutely, that’s what it is. It’s just money.”
Jane and the Glee cast were hit by the tragic death of co-star Cory Monteith earlier this year, when he passed away after taking a heroin overdose.
His death will be addressed in the new season of the musical TV show, which is currently being filmed.
“We’re shooting [the episode dealing with Finn’s death] right now and it’s very sad and people are crying a lot,” Jane revealed.
“But, it’s really cathartic and it’s so beautifully written. It’s a beautiful episode.
“Nobody changes their stripes and everybody deals with grief in different ways. So we get to see that.”
