George Clooney ‘linked to model ex’

George Clooney is rumored to have reunited with an ex-girlfriend.

The Hollywood actor has been linked to Croatian model Monika Jakisic many times over the years and it’s now been claimed their romance is back on.

George and Monika apparently spent time at his Los Angeles mansion late last month, with claims they could be ready to get serious.

“They spent hours talking, and have an incredible connection,” an insider told Us Weekly.

The news comes after George was apparently seen getting close to the model, nicknamed the Croatian Sensation, at a nightclub in London in May. At the time it was claimed the pair were flirting and holding hands, although at the time the actor was still with his ex Stacy Keibler. George was quick to deny the claims, insisting he hadn’t got close to anyone that evening.

Stacy has also moved on and confirmed she is dating tech entrepreneur Jared Pobre earlier this week with a post on Instagram. The pair were also seen attending a fashion show in Paris.

George and Stacy went their separate ways earlier this year amid speculation she was tired of waiting for him to settle down. It was then claimed that their separate work schedules made a relationship to difficult to maintain.

“They are both working and haven’t seen each other,” a source explained. “You can’t have a relationship with someone that you don’t see.”

George has certainly had a lot on work-wise of late. Earlier this year he was shooting World War II drama The Monuments Men in the UK and he is now promoting his movie Gravity alongside Sandra Bullock.

The New York City premiere of the lauded space drama took place yesterday, during which Sandra touched on her close friend’s private life.

“George is a good man. [He should be with] whoever he makes happy, and who makes him happy,” she told ET.

“As long as I like them, that’s all I care about.” I don’t wanna hang out with somebody I don’t like, you know? It’s hard when you don’t like them. When you like them, it makes it fun.”
