Dylan Penn has rejected acting most of her life.
The stunning daughter of Sean Penn and Robin Wright grew up in a showbiz world and with two famous parents was no stranger to the allure of fame.
But at the age of 22, she has finally decided to follow in her parent’s famous footsteps.
“I’m trying out this whole acting thing… it’s hard to say for me because I’ve rejected it my whole life until now,” Dylan confessed to Treats! magazine. “I literally can’t say it without laughing. My truest passion is writing so I continue to do that on my own while seeing what all the buzz is about being in front of the camera.”
She’ll make her big screen debut in Condemned, a horror movie which is slated for release in 2015.
Although she’s excited at the prospect of showing cinema goers what she can do, Dylan was at first hesitant to take on the project.
“I start my first movie at the end of the month with Eli Morgan Gesner who I cannot wait to work with. I swore I would never do a horror film but when I read the script and met him I couldn’t resist, it just seemed like it would be so much fun to make and I really wanted my first experience to be just that… plus, three weeks in New York… in the spring… and getting paid for it?! F*ck yes!” she laughed.
She also stars in a set of smoldering stills for the magazine, shot by famed photographer Tony Duran. Many of the striking images appear in black and white.
Looking into the camera with a sultry gaze, Dylan can be seen wearing little more than a necklace made up of chains, seductively draped over her breasts. Another sees her completely nude pressed up against a wall, with only a $6,000 fur Fendi bag to cover her modesty.
