Dianna Agron is “very much part of the Glee family” despite rumors of a feud.
The 27-year-old actress has been at the centre of media stories that claim she was excluded from the Glee tribute episode to the late actor Cory Monteith.
Radar had reported that the actress, who played Cory’s on-screen girlfriend Quinn Fabray, was “intensely disliked” by Lea Michele and Glee creator Ryan Murphy
“She is still very much a part of the Glee family and always welcome,” an insider explained to E! News in response to the allegations.
A second source came forward and said that that speculation of a rift between Dianna and the current stars of Glee is “not true at all.”
Cory, who had played the character of Finn Hudson since the hit show started in 2009, died in July after he was found alone in a hotel room in Vancouver after a night of partying.
A coroner later determined the 31-year-old had died of a combined heroin and alcohol overdose.
In late July a memorial service was held for the much liked actor, which Dianna attended alongside her Glee co-stars.
But an insider at Fox corroborated the story that there was in fact a feud between Dianna and some of the Glee cast and crew.
“It’s shocking, because even though she’s not contracted for this season, many other actors returned to pay tribute to Cory… even ones with less of a story connection to Finn than Diana had!
“Remember, she played his GIRLFRIEND on the series, and was a major part of his storyline,” the source exclaimed to Radar.
