Chris Hemsworth has been too busy to watch Miley Cyrus’ controversial MTV Video Music Awards performance.
The 30-year-old’s brother Liam is engaged to the singer but Chris insists he hasn’t viewed what is most likely her most notorious performance to date.
He claimed to have avoided searching for the segment online while promoting Ron Howard-directed flick Rush at the Toronto Film Festival.
“I haven’t seen it,” he told E! News about her collaboration with Robin Thicke.
“I’ve been in Kuala Lumpur two weeks ago, then Jakarta, then Hong Kong [and] Toronto now. The breaks I get, they’re with my family. There’s not much surfing the ‘net at the moment.”
Chris says he is more concerned with seeing his wife Elsa Pataky and their 16-month-old daughter India Rose than watching the 20-year-old gyrate.
His innocent tot India is progressing very well and the thespian is a proud dad.
“She’s been walking for a while now but she’s getting better and better at it,” he shared. “She’s got kinda that drunken walk thing. She has her hand up in the air because she’s used to holding your hand even when it’s not there now…She’s fantastic. She’s great.”
The Australian star will soon reunite with his Rush helmer to make In the Heart of the Sea, a drama about the shipwreck story that inspired Herman Melville’s Moby Dick.
Then after a short break at Christmas he is back to work Christmas on The Avengers: Age of Ultron.
The sequel movie is expected to shoot in February or March.
