Friday Morning Alabama Residents Saw these Tsunami- Shape Clouds Roll Across the Horizon. Experts are saying the clouds were pristine examples of “Kelvin-Helmholtz waves.” This type of turbulence always forms when a fast-moving layer of fluid slides on top of a slower, thicker layer, dragging its surface. Water waves, for example, form when the layer of fluid above them (i.e., the air) is moving faster than the layer of fluid below (i.e., the water).

No sooner had Tebow used his one knee celebration than the Internet exploded with impromptu Tebow copycats, filling the void created when planking became passé.

A passenger’s iPhone 4 on Australian flight Friday suddenly started emitting a significant amount of dense smoke, accompanied by a red glow. The plane was in the midst of landing when the incident occured. Safety procedures were carried out by the flight attendant immediately, and the red glow was extinguished successfully. No word on why the iPhone Blew up.
