Bullock talks Roberts dispute

Sandra Bullock has joked about an alleged “dispute” with Julia Roberts.

During an acceptance speech at the 25th Annual Palm Springs International Film Festival on January 4, Sandra talked about Googling herself.

And the results led to a number of surprising revelations for the Oscar winner.

“Apparently, Julia — I don’t know where you are — but apparently, you and I are in a dispute over George Clooney,” the actress quipped, according to US Weekly. “We talked about this, right? We share custody, and we are both fine with it!”

Sandra was accepting the Desert Palm Achievement Award for Gravity and started her speech by admitting she found it hard to take compliments and never feels comfortable in “these situations”.

This led to her “doing something different” and researching herself online to see what came up.

“No human should ever read the comments section or Google oneself at any time!” she added with a laugh.

Sandra, 49, went on to list some noteworthy statements she discovered, such as, “There is absolutely nothing special about her acting,” “She is not particularly attractive,” and “She is mediocre.”

She admitted these comments would normally bring her down but this time, she was able focus on some incredible moments in her career.

“I got to do things like play Chopsticks on a floor piano with Tom Hanks,” she recalled. “I was reminded that I made out with Meryl Streep. Off screen, not necessarily her choice…I worked with Betty White. I’ve flown into space. I’ve had a pretty good life, and a pretty good career.”
