Chris Brown has left rehab.
The 24-year-old singer checked into an undisclosed facility on October 29 for anger management issues.
The star’s spokesperson now tells E! News Chris has checked out, although his treatment is ongoing.
“Chris is continuing his rehab program as an outpatient and is also completing his community service in the Los Angeles area. He appreciates all of your encouragement and support,” his representative said.
Chris remains on probation from his 2009 assault on ex-girlfriend Rihanna.
He entered rehab amid reports the Los Angeles County Probation Department is investigating whether or not the star violated its terms following an alleged altercation in Washington, D.C. at the end of last month.
Chris is facing a misdemeanor assault charge after alleged victim Isaac Parker accused the singer of punching him in the nose when he tried to photobomb a picture the star was taking with a female fan.
The singer spent a day and a half in a Washington, D.C. jail following the incident and pleaded not guilty during his arraignment.
His bodyguard, Christopher Hollosy, was reportedly charged with the same count. Various media reports suggest it was Christopher who threw the punch.
Chris could reportedly face up to 180 days in jail if convicted and an additional four years in prison if it’s determined he violated his probation.
The star is scheduled to appear in a downtown Los Angeles courtroom November 20.
Chris’ probation was previously revoked in August after he was allegedly involved in a hit-and-run accident.
Charges in the incident were dropped and the Grammy-winner was sentenced to an additional 1,000 hours of community service when his probation was reinstated.
