Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie reportedly let their children watch their grandfather’s violent new TV show.
Angelina’s father Jon Voight stars opposite Liev Schreiber in the Showtime series Ray Donovan.
The program sees Jon playing the title character’s father Mickey Donovan, who gets out of prison and begins helping his son as a “fixer” to a prominent law firm.
Apparently Angelina and Brad apparently have no problem allowing their brood of six to tune in.
“Angie and Brad aren’t your typical ‘no TV for my kids’ Hollywood parents. Watching grandpa’s new show isn’t an issue,” a source told America’s Star magazine.
The kids are reportedly big fans.
After Brad and Angelina’s two oldest boys saw the series their younger brothers and sisters all began watching.
“Maddox and Pax were the first ones to see it, but now Zahara, Shiloh and even the twins, Knox and Vivienne, are fans,” the insider said.
Brad recently admitted he doesn’t have a problem with the children watching his gory zombie movie World War Z.
The actor revealed he actually made the apocalyptic drama for the viewing enjoyment of Pax, nine, and Maddox, 11, although he did acknowledge it might be too violent for some tykes.
“For some kids it definitely is [too violent],” he told USA Today. “It’s PG-13. And my kids aren’t even 13, my boys. But I know my boys and, again, it’s parental guidance. Some will poo-poo me as a father, but I think my kids are coming out all right,” he said.
