Bieber ‘breaks down’

Justin Bieber “broke down” at a church sermon.

The singer, who has hit the headlines for his brat-like behaviour recently, seems to have turned over a new leaf.

Tweeting about the emotional experience, Justin thanked Pastor Carl Lentz.

“Love to my guy @carllentzNYC for the amazing sermon at church this morning. Love you man. I broke down today. Thank u :) (sic)” Justin tweeted.

This was no ordinary church service though.

Carl, also known as the punk pastor, holds his Sunday service in a New York concert venue that has played host to bands such as U2 and the Red Hot Chilli Peppers in the past.

His sermons are part Bible verses, part pop music, with street slang thrown in for good measure.

The pastor has a half-shaved, Mohawk hairstyle and tattooed arms and looks more like a rock star than a pastor.

Other than attending church, 19-year-old Bieber has also found time to make a new documentary called Believe.

Premiering at the Toronto International Film Festival over the weekend, the screening had to be kept a secret for fear Justin’s army of ‘Beliebers’ would make an appearance.

The film is a mix of the Believe world tour, candid materials and interviews with those closest to the teen star.

Directed by Jon M. Chu, it’s the follow up to Jon’s 2011 film Never Say Never which followed Justin Bieber in the concert biopic.

The film is currently the highest grossing concert movie ever, taking over $98million worldwide.

Justin took to twitter to publicly thank Jon.

“Just gave the most important and honest interview of my life. 3 hours of everything. Thank u @jonmchu . #Believe (sic)” he said.
