Alec Baldwin threatened a photographer outside his home on Thursday.
The 55-year-old actor was getting into a waiting car with his wife, Hilaria, and their three-month-old daughter at their Manhattan residence when the family was approached by a paparazzo.
In a video obtained by TMZ, Alec is seen confronting a cameraman and demanding he leave the premises.
“Get away from my wife and the baby with the camera… What language do you want that in?” Alex inquired on the recording.
A woman, believed to be Hilaria, is then heard ushering Alec into the car and telling him they need to leave. When the photographer approaches again, the actor turns around, enraged.
“Get away from my kid with the camera. You know what’s going to happen to you don’t you?” he asks.
According to the website, Alec then calls the paparazzo a “c**ksucking f*g” under his breath.
The confrontation occurred just hours after French-Canadian actress Genevieve Sabourin was convicted of stalking Alec and Hilaria.
Recalling the experience during trial, the actor called it “nightmarish” and “like something out of Hitchcock”.
Genevieve, who professed her innocence, was sentenced to 180 days in prison.
Thursday’s incident with the photographer was not Alec’s first such confrontation.
He reportedly got into a scuffle with a paparazzo outside his apartment in August, which led to the police being called, but neither party pressed charges.
He was also involved in a brawl with a photographer who questioned him about a lawsuit regarding Hilaria last year.
