Jennifer Aniston’s idea of rebelling is to disappear and go travelling.
The 44-year-old actress hinted that her rigid work schedule can sometimes be suffocating. While Jennifer is happy to play by the rules, she does dream of stepping out of the spotlight and vanishing to another country.
“I don’t have an inner rebel! OK, I would go somewhere and not let anybody know,” she laughed to British magazine Stylist. “I would just travel and not give a darn if someone said, ‘You have to be back in two weeks,’ or, ‘Where are you going?'”
Jennifer was also quizzed on what she would eat if she knew her time was up. The beauty opted for a feast of tasty quesadillas, piles of nachos, spicy beans and crunchy tacos.
“My last meal would be a Mexican extravaganza,” she revealed.
Jennifer has enjoyed huge success since shooting to fame in US TV show Friends. During her career, she has learned to follow her instincts and stop trying to please everyone.
“The secret to negotiating is knowing the power of the word ‘no’. Having a bottom line but not being afraid of losing something. When I negotiate, I listen to my heart, not my head. When you listen to your gut and it says, ‘Mm-mm, don’t!’ Then you do, it’s just always… it’s just always to be trusted,” she said.
“To me feminism is equality. I think feminism is about being strong; it’s about being confident and being able to say, ‘I can do just as good a job as a man.'”
Although Jennifer has legions of fans in her home country, she has ruled out ever pursuing a career in politics.
“Oh my god, I would never run for president!” she laughed when asked what her slogan would be if she entered the presidential race.
