Dianna Agron was bursting with pride for Glee co-star Amber Riley as she made her Dancing with the Stars debut.

The 27-year-old actress, who plays cheerleader Quinn Fabray on the series, threw up her pom poms for Amber as she stepped on the floor for her first turn in the celebrity dance competition Monday night.

“We are so proud of you @MsAmberPRiley. What a stunner you are. Inside & out. Those moves were incredible. INCREDIBLE. Xx,” Dianna wrote.

Amber was elated by her fans’ reactions. The actress, who’s known for her incredible vocals as Glee’s exuberant Mercedes Jones, couldn’t believe #AmberIsOurDancingStar was trending on the micro-blog as she hit the floor.

“Thank you for the trending topic guys! I’m ready to make you proud :),” the 27-year-old wrote.

Amber was also a hit with the judges. Her cha-cha with professional dancer Derek Hough earned the pair first place with an impressive score of 27 out of 30.

“I couldn’t even look at Derek,” judge Bruno Tonioli gushed.

Other stars competing on the program for the coveted Mirror Ball trophy include Snooki, Jack Osbourne, Christina Milian, Elizabeth Berkley Lauren, Leah Remini, Bill Nye, Brant Daugherty, Bill Engvall, Keyshawn Johnson, Corbin Bleu and actress Valerie Harper, who is battling brain cancer.
