2 1/2 weeks ago Mavericks Daughters dog ran away from the car accident they were in. She has been wondering the Franklin area.
Yesterday Darby was found and reunited with her family!!!!!

Make no mistake about the fact that Darby is a family member. I thank everyone who offered prayers and information to help us find her, and especially to Amy Darke who allowed my daughter to camp in a field at her home near the highway and stayed with her into the late night that first weekend of our search, to keep my daughter company as well as going to the house where Darby was finally found to take her to the Manchester road animal clinic where Amy also works, while my daughter raced to be with her.I got to speak to Darby on the phone and yes her response to the sound of my voice was so sweet despite the exhaustion I could tell she was suffering from. That video has me sitting here with tears rolling down my face. I am so happy to hear so many people were looking for her and it was nice to hear updates on the radio. I am so glad she is home and safe. I wish her well during and after her surgery, she is a beautiful, lucky girl!
